6. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Culturist Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the provided shipping address or consider using a secure delivery location.
8. Wholesale/Bulk orders
Customer is responsible for all fees associated with retuned freight, once material is received at Culturist Co headquarters and inspected, 25% restock fee will be debited from total refund amount

Returns Policy
